These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Take 5 Car Wash website and any wash, plan or account you purchase from us. Please read them together with our Membership Terms, Refunds & Cancellations and Privacy Policy pages.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, purchasing a wash, or starting an Unlimited plan or fleet account with Take 5 Car Wash, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Washes & Payment

Single washes are paid at the pay station before entering the tunnel. Prices are in US dollars and include applicable tax unless stated. Oversized vehicles (dually, lifted over 4 in, or over 20 ft) are subject to a $5 surcharge. Menu prices may change; the price posted at the pay station at the time of purchase applies.

Unlimited Plans

Unlimited plans are billed monthly per vehicle to the card on file, renew automatically, and are governed by our Membership Terms. Plans are tied to the tagged vehicle and may not be transferred between vehicles without our assistance.

Promotional Offers

Promotional offers, including the 70% first-visit offer, are subject to the terms on our offer page. We may ask for a valid photo ID and record a license plate to confirm eligibility and may decline the offer where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Offers cannot be combined and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Vehicle Requirements & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable for an automatic soft-cloth wash: windows and sunroofs closed, mirrors folded where required, bike racks, cargo boxes, loose antennas and unsecured accessories removed, and any pre-existing damage (loose trim, cracked glass, peeling paint, aftermarket parts) disclosed to the attendant. Vehicles over 7 ft 2 in tall or 20 ft long, or with non-factory modifications the attendant deems unsafe, may be refused.

Damage Claims

Take 5 Car Wash is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, aftermarket accessories, loose or damaged trim, windshield chips, or items left on or in the vehicle. Any claim must be reported to the attendant before leaving the property so that tunnel camera footage can be reviewed. See Refunds & Cancellations.

Conduct on Site

Please follow attendant instructions, posted speed limits and lane markings. Vacuum bays are for customers who have purchased a wash that day or hold an active plan. We may refuse service to anyone whose behavior is unsafe or abusive.

Limitation of Liability

Take 5 Car Wash is not liable for losses or costs caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather closures or equipment downtime. Our total liability for any wash or plan is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any disputes will be handled in the courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
