Membership Terms

These Membership Terms govern the Unlimited monthly plans offered by Take 5 Car Wash, together with our Terms and Conditions.
Plan Overview
Unlimited plans (Express, Deluxe and Ceramic Unlimited) allow one wash per day of the corresponding package for the tagged vehicle at any of our locations. Plans are month-to-month with no contract or minimum term.
Billing & Renewal
Plans are billed to the card on file on the sign-up date and on the same date each month thereafter until cancelled. If a payment fails, we will retry for 7 days and notify you; the tag is deactivated until payment succeeds. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice by email.
RFID Tag & Vehicle
Each plan is linked to one vehicle by an RFID tag applied to the inside of the windshield. Tags are non-transferable; moving a tag to another vehicle, or sharing a plan, may result in cancellation. Replacement tags for windshield replacement or a new vehicle are free once per 12 months at any location.
Family & Multi-Vehicle
Additional vehicles on the same account receive $5 off each plan. Each vehicle needs its own tag. Fleet accounts of 5 or more vehicles are handled separately under a fleet agreement.
Changes, Pauses & Cancellation
Upgrade, downgrade, pause (up to 3 months in any 12) or cancel anytime by phone, email or at any location. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the next billing date; upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. No cancellation fees.
Promotional First Month
New customers receive 70% off the first month of any plan. The plan renews at the regular price from the second month unless cancelled before the renewal date. See the offer page.
Fair Use
Plans are for personal, non-commercial use of the tagged vehicle (rideshare and delivery drivers are welcome on a personal plan). One wash per day; vacuums are unlimited on wash days.
